Confirmation
Baptism, the Eucharist, and the sacrament of Confirmation together constitute the "sacraments of Christian initiation." In the sacrament of Confirmation, the graces of Baptism are completed and strengthened. The gift of the Holy Spirit which was received by the Apostles at Pentecost is sealed to the baptized.*
Only those already baptized can and should receive the Sacrament of Confirmation, which is only received once.
Confirmation preparation takes place during the high school years. Preparation time is 1-3 years. Click here to the Catechetical Ministry page for more information.
Please contact the parish office for more information.
