Knights of Columbus "Keep Christ in Christmas" Poster Contest
Grades K-8 (ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY DECEMBER 6, 2024)
Rules:

Poster must reflect the theme of KEEP CHRIST IN CHRISTMAS
-
Original work (including concept, layout, slogan, and any visual images) of a single person
-
Poster must be approximately 11x17 inches in size. If pastels, chalk, or charcoal are used, the poster must be laminated or covered with clear plastic. Posters may be in color or black and white
-
Each poster must be submitted with a Knights of Columbus “Keep Christ in Christmas” Poster Contest entry form. The name and age of the person entering the poster should be included on the back of the poster

All entries will become the property of the Knights of Columbus, Supreme Council. Posters will not be returned.

Submit poster contest entries to the St. Victor Parish Office, 3108 Sierra Rd. San Jose CA 95132

Email the completed entry form as attachment to kofc4112.essaypostercontests@gmail.com by the specified deadline. Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted

Judging & Winner Announcements:

Judging will take place between December 6 to December 10

Grades 4-7: (ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JANUARY 8, 2025)

4th Grade Topic: "Ways I share My Time, Talents and Treasures at Home, School, and in My Church Community?"

5th Grade Topic: "In my life, who have been my Spiritual Role Models and Why?"

6th Grade Topic: "How do I live Jesus’ Teaching, “To Love Thy Neighbor?"

7th Grade Topic: "How My Catholic / Christian School Education has influenced My Personal Values"

Essay must have Title of essay on the Cover page only

8TH Grade (ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JANUARY 8, 2025)

Topic: "How do we keep Jesus as the FOCUS during the Christmas season"

Essay must reflect the assigned theme and be the student’s original work

Essay must be typed and double spaced

Essay must have Title of essay on the Cover page only

Name is NOT to appear on the Essay, or Knights of Columbus
